Legal advocacy services include preparing a Temporary Protective Order (TPO) and assisting clients who meet the statutory requirement O.C.G.A. 19-13-1 (2010). Our legal advocates understand that each case is different and treat each victim on an individual basis.

Below are the Georgia statutes that are required for obtaining a TPO:O.C.G.A 19-13-1 (2010)19-13-1.
